This meet will be a heats and finals meet. We want the kids in the region to have experienced what a heats and finals meet is like before they go off to compete in bigger meets outside the region. It is still very much open to swimmers in Red 2 and beyond.
The $65 is the $40 travel fee + the $25 entry fee (he extra $5 is because it's heats and finals)
