The SwimFit / Masters program is set out for those swimmers 15 years of age or older with two or more years of competitive experience but who do not wish to make the time commitment involved in the other senior groups.
This group is also for adults over the age of 18 who would like to swim with a club and improve their confidence, fitness, and skills in the water. This is a recreational group of swimmers.
Master swimmers meet 3.5 hours per week. Starting Oct 2, 2023
