Out of Season Activities for Bronze, Silver, and Gold

The Terrace Blueback Swim Club (TBSC) is a winter swimming club and typically the season runs Fall - Spring. 

In the summer months from time to time the athletes in our Bronze, Silver and Gold programs are invited to participate in activities. The spirit of these activities is to have fun, come together in the spirit of a club and to engage with physical activities available in our region with one another. These activities are optional but are conveyed through the TBSC email channel. 

Prior to attending summer activities please sign off that you agree that by your child participating in summer activities outside the regular season that you hereby
release TBSC, its directors, officers, agents, coaches, and employees from liability for any injury that might occur to yourself or your athletes, including travel to and from the summer club activities. 
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above mentioned organizations and/or individuals, their agents and/or employees, against any and all liability for personal injury, including injuries resulting in death to me, my child(ren) and/or other family members, or damage to my property, the property to my child(ren) and/or other family members, or both, while I (or my child(ren) or family members) participating in planned out of season activities.
