The Bronze program further develops technical skills. Bronze level athletes continue in their development of training and competitive principles.
Bronze swimmers have 6 hours of swim training plus 45 minutes of dryland deck training per week
Bronze swimmers require their own equipment with some ideas posted below:
Fins (preferably open heel)
