Age Group

The Green program is an introduction into the swim club environment (pre-competitive). Swimmers will build endurance and practice their kicking and breathing techniques in the water.

An assessment is required to enter this group. Swimmers must be able to demonstrate their competency in the water, including their ability to complete one length of the pool unassisted.  

Green group meets 1 hour per week.

Swimmers in Green are eligible to swim in one sanctioned swim competition per swim season. They are also eligible to participate in all other local unsanctioned swim meets (such as our 'mini meets').
